Hosted by South Delta Secondary School June 2nd-4th, the 2016 BC AAA Girls High School Soccer Provincial Championships will showcase 16 of the best high school teams in British Columbia.

The draw and schedule will be released approximately a week before the tournament and is created by the BC Secondary Schools Soccer Commission.

All forms will be emailed to the coaches of qualifying teams once zone championship play has
been completed and all teams have qualified.
Please email your team photo and roster to Merv Magus by May 20th - firstname.lastname@example.org - once you have qualified. Even if you think you have a chance to qualify you should send your photo so there is enough time for the program to be completed before the deadline for printing.
The BC Secondary Schools Soccer Commission requires that each participant provide a performance bond in the amount of $250. Cheques are made payable to the Commission and must be brought to the coaches meeting. The performance bonds will be returned to each team following the final awards ceremony.
Tournament Central will be located at the South Delta Secondary School Oval where the main concession, physio/taping, scoring tent can be found. The other fields being used are South Park Elementary, Pebble Hill Park, and Winskill Park Turf. Click on the fields tab in the drop down menu to see a map of Tsawwassen and the location of the fields.
As a result of the generosity of our tournament sponsors, we are able to offer the tournament
package which includes the tournament t-shirt, Umbro boot bag and water bottle, tournament program, and a few other small items at a small cost of $5/player. Extra programs and t-shirts can be purchased as well. More information is located on the tournament forms.
Coaches Meeting, AGM, and Social
The coaches meeting and BC Secondary Schools Soccer Commission AGM will take place on Wednesday, June 1st in the South Delta Secondary School Library beginning at 7:00pm. The AGM will take place first before the coaches meeting. All schools are welcome to attend the AGM. Please bring all required items to the Coaches Meeting. Attendance by a representative from each qualifying school is mandatory at the Coaches Meeting.

The coaches social will take place on Thursday night at the Coast Tsawwassen Hotel at 6:00pm. Food and beverages have been graciously donated by our sponsors and the tournament committee as a small thank you to the coaches for all of the hard work and time you have put in coaching this season.
The Tournament Banquet will be held on Friday, June 3rd beginning at 6:00pm in the South Delta Secondary School Gymnasium catered by the culinary arts program at the school. The theme of the banquet Mardi Gras and all teams are encouraged to dress up and have fun. The cost of the banquet is $25/person.
Schools are not required to bring raffle items as our sponsors have generously donated items that will be drawn throughout the banquet.
Our tournament photographer is Paul Yates from Vancouver Sports Pictures. He offers several different packages for purchase along with their specialty, wide team posters. Click the link in red to check out his website for some of the options available. More information on the availability of pictures for purchase will be emailed to coaches prior to the tournament.
Team picture times will be given at the coaches meeting and team photos will be taken near the theatre entrance to the school on the terraced steps.
